چکیده

کرک های غده ای ساختارهای ترشحی تخصص یافته ای هستند که تولید فراورده های ترشحی از جمله اسانس در برخی گیاهان به وجود آنها بستگی دارد.تنوعی از ترکیبات شیمیایی مهم از جمله ترپن ها، فلاونوئیدها، آلکالوئیدها، لیپیدها و غیره، توسط سلول های ترشحی تخصصی با عملکرد های متفاوت تولید می شود . برخی از این ترکیبات در داروسازی ، تهیه کود ها ، آفت کش های طبیعی ، طعم دهنده های غذایی و حتی آرایشی و بهداشتی به کار می روند. شناسایی این ترکیبات در کرک های غده ای برای تبیین پروتکل های مورد نیاز برای جداسازی انها حائز اهمیت است.
